Crystal Africa was not built by people with impressive CVs. It was built by people who showed up — consistently, professionally, and with the conviction that this work they were doing mattered. The decade-running ethos at Komarock for the launch of year is a core tradition.
We do not list qualifications. We hire people.If you are the kind of person who shows up when they say they will, takes pride in a job done properly, and wants to grow — we will teach you everything else. We have seen people join us as cleaners and become operations supervisors, HR managers, and communications leads. That is not a promise we make lightly. It is something we have already done, with real people, whose names are on our payroll.

Crystal Africa has two distinct entry points. Field operators are the backbone of what we do — and they receive free professional training before placement. Management and support roles are for those with relevant experience and the ambition to lead. Both paths have the same destination: a long-term career at one of Kenya's most respected service companies.
Field Operator & Cleaning Professional
No experience required. No fees. We train you for three weeks — classroom and practical — then place you in a contract on full formal employment.

Do I need any qualifications to apply for the field cohort?

No. The free training cohort is open to anyone without prior cleaning or sanitation experience. We train from zero. You need no certificate, no diploma, and no prior job history to apply. We hire on character and commitment.

Is the training really free?

Yes. Completely free. We do not charge application fees, training fees, or placement fees — now or ever. If anyone asks you to pay to join Crystal Africa, it is a scam. Our only official application links are on this page.

What happens if I do not pass the training assessment?

The assessment is not designed to eliminate people. It is a tool that helps us understand how to place you well — which site, which supervisor, which crew suits your strengths. Every person who completes the training programme is placed.

Can field operators move into management over time?

Yes — and this has already happened multiple times at Crystal Africa. Staff who started as cleaners now hold positions in operations, HR, and communications. We promote from within first, and we support staff who show ambition with mentorship and scholarship access.

What areas do you operate in?

Crystal Africa operates across Nairobi and the wider metropolitan area — including Kayole, Pipeline, Mlolongo, Donholm, Komarock, Athi River, and surrounding areas. Field placement is based on where you live where possible, to reduce commute time.
